The spirit of Sinopa is present with the Wayfarers when they awaken. (Or is she?) She invites them to ask questions while she has the dungeon prepare breakfast, and is able to speak directly to Betel as the group discusses the possibility of a dungeon anchor/waypoint in the area.

* Betel and Sinopa are able to speak directly to one another, in spite of Sinopa not being a part of Betel's network.* Betel mentions that they can normally manipulate parts of a dungeon to help guide and protect those they've summoned, but they're unable to do so with a dungeon that has a spirit (like Sinopa). Sinopa's permission and cooperation are needed to place an anchor here.
