Archie treats Wes to ice cream, and the two begin a promising friendship as they chat. Wes voices aloud his open distrust towards Lucien, but Ridley and Archie convince him to give Lucien a chance before making hasty judgements, which convinces him to seek out Lucien for a direct interaction later.

Koa and Wes ignore one another, but secretly misunderstand the other’s stance as they hear them speak. Koa thinks Wes is shallow and judging Lucien simply for being Ignatius’s son, and Wes thinks Koa is a naive idealist who is too quick to trust authority figures. Wes and Koa are acing their “bad at communication” classes :3

Archie and Wes also discuss their different stances on Sonora. No consensus is made, but they seem to respect the others’ side.
