Koa cannot reconcile the feelings of sympathy for Wes's situation with his frustration at Wes for the other perceived wrongs. To further make matters worse, he was unable to make the first step towards righting wrongs, instead snapping at the lack of apology. Of course, it all goes downhill.

The Wes affinity is bottomed out now. Koa can't even stand to be in the same room with him.
