* When the Wayfarers arrive, the Dome's owner, Weezing Douglas Dunsmuir, is having a meeting with Novelux's most famous inventor, Rotom Howard Sparkwright. Both seem to be offworlder humans, and both can easily tell that the Wayfarers are also offworlders.
* Julius and Sam, Covenant members the Wayfarers met previously, are also here. Julius assists Dunsmuir at the Dome in some capacity.
* The luxio fighter "Mesa Blue" was at the Dome for a time, but was constantly nervous about being hunted, and she left shortly after an "inspection" from an unusually strong greninja named Matthias.
* Both Dunsmuir and Sparkwright have had their membership requested by the Covenant. Dunsmuir is a member, but largely treats it as just a social club. Sparkwright has repeatedly refused and finds their insistence annoying. He's not surprised they might be trying to forcibly "recruit" a strong half-human like Brisa.
* Dunsmuir guesses that Brisa must be hiding in a local dangerous dungeon, likely Whisperwind Comb. He warns that it has unusual psychological effects and that it's advised to travel in pairs.
* Sparkwright is preparing to show off a dungeon-stabilizing invention, and believes the Covenant plans to steal it soon—possibly so they can use it to chase after Brisa. He came to the Dome to hire fighters for security, and offers to hire the Wayfarers instead. Other Wayfarers should look for Brisa in the Comb before the Covenant has a chance to rally and search for her again.
* Interestingly, Sam is also being hired as a guard in spite of being Covenant herself. There definitely seem to be multiple Covenant factions at work...
