Two wandering warriors from Tsainan cause a scene by bathing in the public fountain. Samurott Kyoko and Golisopod Ibuki are searching for their charge, Kotetsu, who happens to be the same bisharp who accosted Prim in Nina's Place. Kotetsu is still upset that he's been exiled from his home and sent on a wild goose chase, and the Wayfarers look like a fine opportunity to let his frustration out in battle.

* The Wayfarers battle the samurai and are able to take down Kotetsu, but are not yet strong enough to defeat all three and must yield.* The samurai are experts in the art of move mastery, and agree to teach the Wayfarers how to use strong and agile techniques after an impressive showing.* Because he was such a troublemaker back in Tsainan, Kotetsu was sent on a quest to find the Saint of Victory (Victini), which functionally means "leave and never come back" because Victini hasn't been seen in ages. Even though the task is clearly impossible, he and his retainers will keep searching anyway; not like they have anything better to do.
