* The Wayfarers have a full battle against the samurai and, this time, are victorious.
* Kotetsu evolves into kingambit.
* The statue of definitely-Oriane-why-ever-would-you-say-it-was-Ignatius in the central fountain is destroyed, and there is much rejoicing.
* The samurai caught up with Bisharp Rin (part of Ignatius's security at the gala), who was trying to lord it over a small town. They defeated her, called her out for being dishonorable and suggested she turn herself over to justice, which I'm sure does not translate to "commit seppuku", she's probably fine.
* While they did not encounter any signs of the Saint of Victory (Victini), they did run into the Sword Saint of Stone (Terrakion) while traveling Tenacinde. Terrakion absolutely destroyed them in combat and also hadn't heard of any recent signs of Victini—there's no evidence that Victini is *dead* or has produced a relic the way the Purifying Spirit did, but no one has seen him or his divine dungeon in centuries, if not longer.
* The samurai have met up with an alien pokémon who goes by Mayu, and who appears to be a kartana. Betel isn't familiar enough with Mayu's native language to translate it.
