A weavile born to a poor family near the outskirts of Ozerod, Clygem. Ozerod is a city noteworthy for its advances in creating a proper education system, and through it it was discovered that Isidora was a prodigy, who excelled far past what was expected of her. Thanks to her performance, she managed to get noticed by the board of a prestigious private school, and they offered her the opportunity to leave the experimental public school system and join their curriculum. However, for reasons she doesn’t like to talk about, she ended up getting expelled and had to fall back into public schooling. After leaving home and spending a couple of years ""drifting"" across Liber, she decided to give education one last shot, which led to her getting accepted to King Faraday’s College in the kingdom of Farbroad. At this time, she’s just a few months into her first year as a student, pursuing studies in history to become a scholar.
Rough around the edges. She tries to look cool and capable but in reality she can be quite awkward and introverted, with a special interest in history and a mindset to go with it. Depending on her level of confidence, she can be anywhere between cocky and abrasive to cold and reclusive. She tends to be rude, especially when on edge, but she doesn't hate people. She's just very selective and judgemental about those she warms up to. She admires those who can keep themselves together under pressure and take important situations as seriously as she does, as well as those with a strong sense of justice (that she agrees with).
She suffers from an inferiority complex and will react negatively to anyone she feels is talking down to her (it is very easy to trigger her on this, even by accident). She also doesn't like being painted as a criminal, though as to why she'd care so much about that isn't known yet. She seems to care a lot about how her actions are perceived...
In Liber, humans are the bad guys of history, and she grew up being taught as much, so if she learns that your character used to be a human she will immediately have a bad impression. She’ll get over it, but it’ll take a while depending on various factors.
If she starts messing with you don’t worry that means she likes you.
She can be chill in casual conversation, but in deeper conversation she can get kinda depressing sometimes, so be aware of that.
She curses a bit, and has been exposed to the Fuck word.
In her home setting, she can use a mechanic simply known as “magic,” and she will spend a lot of time getting used to the fact she doesn’t have access to it anymore.
Never late to a meeting.

Ice Shard - Can learn the move naturally. It can also be seen as a holdover from her more experienced self back in her home world, allowing her to lean at least a little bit into her old fighting style. She didn't need this move back then, but she might appreciate it more now...
The user loses 5% of their max HP. May raise the user’s Acc and Spd by 1. If the user has two dashes available, they may pay 3 tempo to dash before striking and then retreat. The retreat has the mechanics of a dash and counts towards the dash cap.
As a limited representation of what magic enables Isidora to do on her home world, this Hidden Power grants Isidora a massive, instantaneous burst of speed, which she uses to make a decisive slash with her claws. Similarly to magic, it is powered by the aura that protects her, drawn out from her shoulder as part of her grounding ritual, the concentration shortcut she uses for aura manipulation. By putting greater effort and focus into the move, she can improve her agility and use it to move a large distance at once: to, through, and past an opponent.
Isidora loses 15% of her max HP. May freeze the targets. Changes the zone’s terrain to Icy Terrain and gives Isidora the status. Grounded, non-Ice units cannot Dash while affected and are treated as having -1 innate Eva. Ice-type units get +1 innate Eva. Boosts damaging Ice-type attacks by 25%.
Isidora focuses the shadow and dread within herself and expels all of it into the ground, spreading ice in every direction and trapping any friend or foe unlucky enough to be standing in the way. This momentarily relieves her of her shadow corruption before it bites back with twice the force.
In her home world, the Lati tribes conceive of Ice as one of the ten material elements, representing individualism, isolation, and a hostility towards life. Umbral Isolation is a manifestation of that understanding. Icy Terrain magnifies the differences between Isidora and everyone else. It is a representation of natural advantage, one that works solely to her benefit at the cost of both others and herself. Only those who can relate to or power through the cold can take advantage of the terrain's effects.

The last RP I joined was seven years ago, and it didn’t last very long before imploding. There are some conventions I’m familiar with, but I’m largely new and might ask way too many questions in the discord about how to handle things.
I don't think I can handle flirting, my brain will short-circuit and so will Isidora probably. Light teasing might be fine though, I think.
