Background

Rodion hails from a PMD setting where the habitable region of the world has shrunk down to an inland sea with a bunch of islands, following a past catastrophe. He’s the first mate of a pirate crew and the one who often keeps them all together whenever his captain gets them into dumber than normal incidents. Despite being a pirate whose day job is to rob others, he has a good-natured streak that keeps him approachable and relatively personable.

Exceptional move

Aqua Cutter - Rodion’s main way of fighting involves conjuring two swords made of pressurized water. While in Fledglings this is the flavor behind him using Liquidation, this was also established 3 years before Aqua Cutter existed.

The uses rapidly slashes the target twice with blades of ice. Raises the user's Attack by 1.
